All data communicated from the SIPB server to the user device, or vice versa, is encrypted. Access to databases is restricted to administrators and reviewed periodically for security compliance.

Third-Party Data Sharing:Your data will only be transferred to and stored on third-party services like Google Firebase and GoDaddy for the operation of the SIPB official web portals (e.g. examination portal, fee payment, etc.) and SIPB LEARNING mobile application. By using the application, you will be able to access all academic information, including but not limited to teaching materials.
Cookies:SIPB's website may use cookies for a better user experience.
You have the option to disable cookies in your browser settings, although this may affect certain functionalities.
Data Retention:Personal information shall be retained for a maximum period of three (3) years from the date of registration. Upon completion of the enrolled course, such data shall be permanently deleted within three (3) to four (4) months.
Students may request deletion of their personal data, in whole or in part, by sending an email to sipblearning@gmail.com or contact@sipb.in, or by submitting a written application to the Institute. Upon receipt of such a request, the data shall be deleted within seven (7) days. Please note that this process is irreversible, and certain functionalities, including but not limited to registration and access to services, may be revoked.
In the event of cancellation of registration due to violation of any Rules and Regulations or Terms and Conditions, all data stored on the SIPB web servers and within the App databases shall be permanently deleted. Consequently, the student shall lose access to all services provided by SIPB and shall be prohibited from attending classes, examinations, or any form of academic session.
Policy Changes:SIPB reserves the right to update or modify the Privacy Policy.
Changes will be communicated through the website, and it is advisable to review this policy periodically.
Tuition fees, examination fees, and additional charges are clearly outlined on the dedicated webpage: Fee Structure.
Any changes to the fee structure will be communicated in advance.
Payment Deadlines:Payment deadlines for tuition fees are specified (within 5 days of the due date; however, situation-based relaxation may be provided), and timely payment is required to maintain active student status.
Refund Policy:All fees paid to SIPB are non-refundable.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the discretion of SIPB.
SIPB may provide links to third-party websites for additional resources or information.
